6. Do you use real photos?
Yes, we do.
We know every girl personally and we only use verified, high-definition photos and videos. If we can't directly contact a girl personally, we do online verification via FaceTime/video chat before adding their profile to our catalog.

7. Why can’t I see a girl’s face in photos?
As a reputable modeling agency, we take privacy seriously for both our clients and the escorts we work with. Our data is extremely confidential and private only to our members (who we select carefully).
Many of our models work as escorts in secret, balancing personal lives, families, and successful careers. That’s why, before you become a VIP member and pass verification we have to keep their faces hidden.

8. Can I speak to a model by phone before the meeting?
Unfortunately, we can’t do that. For everyone’s safety, we don’t share phone numbers or personal details, and we don’t allow clients to speak to the escorts before the meeting.
Important! We have strict rules that prevent the exchange of phone numbers with our models.
We penalize those who don't respect the rules and this can lead to your membership being revoked. We strongly advise you to follow our rules.
9. Can you send me model’s photos via email?
Generally, we don’t send photos of our models to customers. However, if you’re a regular client and we know we can trust you, we might share some! This service is only for regular VIP clients.
10. How far in advance do I have to schedule my meeting?
To make sure everything goes smoothly, it’s best to book a model at least two hours ahead of time. If she’s available, we’ll take care of the booking for you and make sure she shows up to your location on time.

Nope! The shortest arrangement you can request from us is 2-3 hours long (for dinner dates, for example).
We don’t offer discounts if you plan on hiring an escort for longer than 2 hours. Discounts can only be negotiated if you plan on hiring an escort for 7 days or longer.
13. What happens if a client is rude or aggressive?
If a client is disrespectful, uses profanity, or shows any kind of rude or aggressive behavior, they’ll be added to our "Do Not Serve" list.
If the behavior continues, they could end up on a global blacklist or “suspicious list” and won’t be served by any agency globally.
14. How is payment confidentiality handled?
We take your privacy very seriously. You won’t see “Emerans” mentioned in your payment details — whether through PayPal, SMS, or anywhere else. The most you’ll see is a shortened version, “Emrns,” to keep everything discreet.
We take payments via crypto as well for added security.
15. What’s your cancellation policy?
If you’d like to delete your account, just reach out to one of our managers, and we’ll take care of deleting it for you. We don’t retain any personal information, files, chat histories, or photos – everything gets deleted permanently.

16. Where is my login password?
